Please read these terms and conditions carefully, they contain important information about our rights and obligations.
Art Lounge 3e provides art experiences in two locations in Lund: Målamik and Ateljér Råbygård. Our goal is to combine art, creativity and fun. Below are the terms and conditions for Art Lounge 3e and the participants in any workshop, course, corporate and private events to abide by.
1. COURSES
The booking for any workshop or course is done by sending an email with your name and name of the experience. The booking for corporate and private events need to be done two weeks in advance. Kindly, be punctual as all courses start on time. Every experience is unique so the time allocated for each activity varies according to the topic. Participants work at their own pace and we respect that.
Even though aprons could be used for protection and most of the paints used are water base, kindly, dress up with suitable clothing for painting. We are not responsible for any damage to your clothing.
The experiences are suitable for teenagers and above. Children are welcome with the presence of a parent or an adult. In some locations, the environment is surrounded by fragile objects, parents or adults are responsible when the child breaks any item intentionally or unintentionally.
2. FEES, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
The fees of the events include all materials that will be used. In case you would like to choose a different size of canvas, you could either purchase it yourself or ask us to provide it for an additional cost. If the size of the canvas is or exceeds 50x60 cm, there will be 20% increase on the charges of the event for the paints.
The art experiences are purchased before the events take place in order to guarantee your spot based on a first come first serve. Payments will be done by SWISH. In case there are no spots available, we could send you information about the next available date.
If the course might not take place for unforeseen events, it will be rescheduled or refunded. In case you need to cancel a booking 48 hours before the event, you will be fully refunded. Otherwise, you will be charged for no show. Cancelling corporate and private events 3 days before the event, you will be fully refunded. Cancelling afterwards, there will be 50% refund. In case of no show, there will be no refund.
3. CONDUCT
We expect all participants to show kindness and respect for self, others, materials and environment. We believe in freedom of expression in a positive and respectful manner. We could ask who is not abiding by respect to leave the facilities. People can express their opinions positively and constructively. We do our best in everything. You should always leave the space as it was before you came. In case you make unexpected mess, kindly, clean it up. We like to maintain a happy, positive and relaxed atmosphere.
4. LIABILITY
We are not responsible for any personal belongings. We will not be liable for any loss suffered by you from any course or event which is beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of accidents, fire, extreme weather, pandemics, epidemics or other outbreaks of disease or infection.
We are not in any way liable to any personal injury caused while traveling to and from as well as during the art experiences. By agreeing to these terms and conditions here, you agree that while attending an event, it is your sole responsibility to ensure you do not incur personal injury of any kind.
5. DATA PROTECTION/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We will only use your personal information to communicate with you about classes and events until you tell us that you do not want to receive this information. All the work that you create at Art Lounge 3e is your own rights; however Art Lounge 3e has the rights to show your work for advertising purposes including without limitation on our website, on social media or brochure without mentioning your name. We could ask you to join an exhibition if you wish to. The contents of our website are protected by international copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. We are the owner or the duly authorised licensee of such copyright and all intellectual property rights in the mark "Art Lounge 3e". You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute by any means or in any manner any material or information on or downloaded from our website without our permission.
6. GENERAL
You undertake and warrant that all the information that you supply in relation to the booking of any class/events is correct. Art Lounge 3e is registered as a sole proprietorship.
7. GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. Gift certificates will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise written. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.
