Art Lounge 3e

Art Lounge 3eGentle guidelines

Before we pick up the paint, here are a few friendly strokes of how we roll – so our time together can be all about colour, flow, and joy.

1. Saving Your Spot

  • To join us, just drop an email with your name and the session you’d love to join.

  • For private or group bookings, a little two‑week heads‑up helps us get everything ready.

  • We start on time, but each workshop has its own rhythm – some people need more time to wander with their colours. No pressure, just flow.

 2. Payment, Cancellations & Other Practical Bits

  • All paints, brushes, and materials are waiting for you.

  • Dreaming of a bigger canvas? Bring one along, or let us know – we’ll sort it out (larger canvases may need a little extra paint fee).

  • Payment (via Swish) secures your place – first come, first served.

Life happens:
  • Cancel 48h before and you get a full refund.

  • If you cancel later or don’t show up, we can’t refund (for private/group events: cancel up to 3 days before).

  • If we ever have to cancel, you’ll be offered another date or a refund.

3. Clothes & Kids

  • Please come in clothes that you don’t mind becoming part of the story – paint loves to travel, and it doesn’t always stay on the canvas.
  • Children 8 and older are welcome to join. Younger little artists can come too, as long as they bring a grown‑up to paint alongside them.

  • When we’re in a space filled with delicate treasures, let’s all take care so that the only splashes are on the canvas.

4. A Gentle Space

  • We hold the space with kindness. Respect for yourself, for others, and for the room around us makes it a safe and happy place.

  • Offer feedback with care, tidy as you go, and let’s leave the space as lovely as we found it.

5. Safety & Other Real‑World Things

  • We can’t be responsible for personal belongings, travel delays, or those rare surprises that life throws at us (weather, accidents, etc.)

  • We do everything we can to create a safe, welcoming environment – you join at your own risk, but with our full support.

6. Your Art & Your Privacy

  • We love to capture the colours and joy of our workshops, so sometimes we take photos of the artworks and the happy mess around us.
If you’d rather not be in any photos, just let us know – we’ll keep the camera pointed elsewhere.

  • Your personal details stay safe with us. They’re only used to keep you updated about workshops and events, in line with GDPR (no spam, no sharing).

7. Gift Cards

Gift certificates are valid for 6 months, non-refundable, and can be used for any of our workshops.
